The Courtyard at Heritage Green
At the heart of Heritage Village, one of the nation’s first and largest master planned senior residential communities, was an underutilized neighborhood retail shopping center. Bennett Sullivan was brought on board for master planning and architectural design of a new central residential, retail, and recreational development at the heart of the community.
Bennett Sullivan was brought on board by the Heritage Development Group to implement the development project from concept through completion. Based on the conceptual town plan prepared by project partner Chan Krieger Associates, BSA served as designer and architect of condominium residences at The Courtyard at Heritage Green, a walkable development with access to a hotel resort spa, fitness center, swimming, golf, shops, restaurants, and community services. The project included 64,500 SF of a new office and retail center, 85 units of luxury residential housing (87,500 SF) over structured parking and with a new town village green, a country store, gazebo, service station, bank, real estate office, an interior courtyard for the housing, a pool and central club house.
